connect ubuntu to internet through mobiles

In some versions of ubutu we can not find settings of aircel,docomo , reliance etc
We find the settings of airtel,bpl,bsnl only.

By use this we can connect usig any connection
Here i illustrate
"How to connect using AIRCEL"
-->Network connection
-->VPN connection
-->configure VPN
--> Mobile Broadband
-->Add
-->Forward
-->Select any provider
-->Forward
-->We can specify name of connection(Here aircel)
-->Apply
-->Select now created one and edit it
-->change the change the default APN to 'aircelgprs"
--> IPv4 Settings
--> (change content in "DNS Servers" to 202.56.230.5, 202.56.240.5) it's not compulsary
-->Apply
now new setting created so easily connect using this setting
it's 100% working
